Well, I started to re-write KotOR in TOS style, and had to think about some things.
Finding a match for the Mandalorians was easy, the TOS Klingons are behaving almost the same.
The Exchange can be replaced with the Orion pirates, but the Sith were a bit complicated. Finally I settled on the Romulans, as both have a knack for treachery.
Now, there was the challenge of the part where Revan and Carth disguise themselves as Sith Soldiers.
I took an artist's license with the helmets of Romulan grunts, so they cover the brows and ears.
But seeing that I have nothing similar to the helmets in my database, I used V4 Vulcan morphs on them.
Oh, and I apologize for their eyebrows, I suck at textures. So I simply didn't do anything with them.

VERY nice job with the uniforms! A few of the details are off, but considering that you basically had to build them yourself using other materials, you did a great job. But remember that the female uniform was drastically different from the male uniform...
It's too bad they don't have the Romulan helmets available for your program! Those would be perfect.
